Construction Work
STFD believe in quality of construction and try to hand over the Projects on time without any deviation from By-Laws. We also ensure the highest degree of Quality, safety, efficiency and innovation in our projects. In the field, project information is transmitted in real-time, utilizing tablet technology and a suite of applications that keep our building updated on the status of day-to-day construction field operations.
Quality Control
Our laboratory is NABL Accredited and is committed to comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Standards. We have established a firm footprint in all Indian states, with sample collection facilities in major cities.
Our laboratory undertakes Mechanical testing of Building Material and Soil and Rock as per Indian standards and has a team of well qualified, trained and dedicated personnel to provide Accurate, Reliable, Efficient and Quality Testing Services.
Detailed Project Report (DPR)
The Detailed Project Report (DPR) is an essential creating infrastructure and enabling sustainable quality service delivery. The DPR is to be prepared carefully and with sufficient details to ensure appraisal, approval, and subsequent project implementation in a timely and efficient manner.

Digital Surveying
We provide accurate and timely services for carrying out survey for any existing or upcoming project. Our team of qualified surveyors equipped with high accuracy Total Station and DGPS Systems provide survey for various projects related to Gas Transportation, Power Transmission, Water Pipelines, Roads and Bridges, Railway, Land measurement and Acquisition, setting out for heavy structures and precision pointing for implantation of industrial machineries. Generation of survey drawings like L-Section and Cross-Section using most advanced software like AutoCAD Civil-3D.
- Land Survey- This includes the boundary surveys as well as topographic.

Architectural Design and Drawing
STFD has in-house 3D Computer Aided Design & allied computer oriented facilities to handle Total Design Services for Architectural & Interior Design, Structural, Project Management (PMC) including associated services as per clients requirements and is familiar with local and International codes, regulations, financial pattern of Institutional projects, liaison work and seeking approvals from statutory authorities. The Firm also handles turnkey assignments as per Clients requirements.
Being broadly experienced in Eco-friendly & energy efficient (Building Architecture Green) & Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) the Green Norms are followed in various IT & Commercial projects.
